Our services includes Planning Application drawings and submission for Local  Authorities. 

We can produce a full set of drawings for a Full Planning Application required to be submitted to the Local Authority.  Design Eva would act as ‘Agent’ on your behalf and liaise with the Planning Officer in all correspondents with the Local Authority. 

As part of application requirement of existing drawings, we could offer a survey to the relevant building and site information to produce existing plans and elevations including a site plan.
